-Hurley replaces too many kids with a lot of kids who just don't have any experience. If not for the fact I read Unaka won their opener 39-6, I may think otherwise...however, I just don't think Hurley, who has been outscored in the preseason 28-8, will have the offense to stay in the game, thus tiring their defense, thus, a loss.

-Seems like Lebanon is the favorite here, but I dunno, Honaker just sounds like they may be better than thought (or worse...).

-I think this one will be high scoring. Grundy is very soft up the middle and CW will be able to get their yards. The difference will be if Grundy can move the football. The Asbhy kid for Grundy could make a difference, but I don't know if they can consistently get him the ball enough to win.

-Ervington sounds poised for a Hurley-of-'05-like run this season. This should be a good indicator of what they have.

Richlands 15
Gate City 14
-Richlands has a lot of starters out, and with GC's coaching, they'll make the best of it. I think Richlands wins with a 2 Pt. Conversion after a late TD.

Tug Valley 12
-Tug Valley was pitiful last year. TV can score against weaker opponents. Tug Valley doesn't appear to be any more a threat than Pikeview was (but they were tired). Wyatt Justice gets his yards here.
